​Confidentiality:

All verbal and written correspondence will be kept
in the strictest of confidence.
Exceptions may be made in life threatening situations, if suicidal ideation is present, or where child abuse or neglect is suspected. In these situations, I have a duty to report.

If we decide together that collaboration with your mental and/ or physical health provider is
​necessary, you will be asked to sign a consent to share information form (for yourself, or for your child 16 years of age or under).

Cancellation:

Should you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please call or send an email with at least 48 hours notice.

​Should you have to cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, or do not show, the full one-hour rate will be due and payable before scheduling your next session.

Please note that your insurance will not cover missed appointments.
