Education
I was awarded a Bachelor degree both in Psychology and Social Work, and a Masters Degree in Educational Counselling Psychology and Special Education. I have also completed post-Graduate Certificates in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Infertility Counselling and as a Menopause Mental Health Provider. Over the course of my career, I have participated in numerous professional training sessions and workshops on helping clients manage conditions including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, infertility, low self esteem, acute trauma, mediation, and adoption disclosure. |
